What we do

A travel manager for organizations without one

Kingfisher Company Travel handles group hotel blocks, meetings, incentive programs and organizational travel for companies, associations, clubs and alumni groups.

We act as your agent in dealing with hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and ground suppliers. We read the contract, flag the attrition risk, and tell you what the exposure is before you sign it.

Group travel is quoted individually, based on group size, room nights, meeting requirements and the level of on-site support you need.

Services

What we manage

Room blocks and contracting

We source properties, negotiate rates, review attrition and cancellation clauses, and manage the block through the cut-off date. Contract terms are summarized in plain language before you sign.

Meetings and conferences

Venue sourcing, meeting space, catering minimums, audio-visual coordination and a single point of contact for the property. We track the budget against contracted spend throughout.

Incentive travel

Qualification trips designed for the audience who earned them, with clear per-person budgets and transparent supplier pricing.

Group air and ground

Group airfare contracts, arrival manifests, transfers and on-site movement, with a monitored arrival day.

Attendee management

Registration, rooming lists, dietary and accessibility requirements, and per-attendee documentation.

On-site coordination

Where the program warrants it, we travel with the group and manage the property relationship directly so your team can attend their own event.

How we are paid, and what that means for you

Kingfisher Luxury Travel LLC, d/b/a Kingfisher Company Travel, acts as a booking agent for independent suppliers. We do not own, operate or control the hotels, venues, cruise lines, airlines or ground operators used in your program; their contracts, terms and policies govern your booking.

We are customarily paid a commission by suppliers on booked travel, and we may also charge planning, management or service fees payable by you. Any such fees are disclosed and agreed in writing before work begins, and commissions do not increase the rate you pay.

Contracted group bookings carry attrition, cut-off and cancellation penalties set by the supplier. We will identify these in writing before you sign, but they remain your organization's financial responsibility. Travel protection is strongly recommended for every program.
