Discover, design, depart
The work is front-loaded on purpose. Most of it happens before you have made a single decision.

Discover
A discovery session, or the intake form if you prefer to write. We ask about the occasion, the people, the pace and the parts of travel you actively dislike. By the end we can tell you honestly whether the trip you have in mind is the trip you should take.

Design
We quote a planning fee based on the complexity of the journey, then build a proposal: routing, seasonality, properties, the shape of each day. You see a plan with reasoning attached, not a list of links.

Refine
One round of changes is normal and expected. We adjust pace, swap a property, move the celebration night. Then we hold everything while you decide.

Book
We confirm every component, apply Fora and Virtuoso benefits where they exist, and collect the supplier terms so nothing is a surprise. You receive an invoice with a clear breakdown and a payment authorization to sign.

Prepare
A full document set before departure: itinerary, confirmations, transfer details, entry requirements, and the recommendations that did not make the schedule but are worth knowing.

Depart, and stay in touch
You have a direct line while you travel. If a flight fails or a plan needs to move, we act — you do not spend your holiday on hold.
